Yes. Multi-branch/franchise support is one module among many - a single-location school or coaching institute just never enables it, and nothing else about the platform assumes multiple branches.
Every feature on this page is gated by module. An institution's plan only ever shows the modules it has enabled - a preschool never sees exam/course-grading screens, and a school that hasn't turned on online payments never sees a "Pay Online" button.
No. The guardian portal is a normal web login, and updates that matter - a fee receipt, a daily-log entry, a result - are also delivered directly over WhatsApp, SMS, or email, not locked behind a login a parent has to remember to check.
Payments run through Razorpay's own hosted checkout - card and UPI details are never seen by or stored on this platform. Every payment confirmation is independently signature-verified, and a duplicate or replayed confirmation can never be applied twice.
Yes - account-level data export and account deletion are both built in, not an afterthought.
